I see you! You\u2019re working so hard on client work you haven\u2019t been spending any time on your own business (even though YOU are your most important client) but that\u2019s a rant for another day.\u2060<\/p>\n\n\n\n
One of my favorite things to do with my 1:1 clients is to strategize how to avoid overwhelm and burnout when you come to a place where you feel like you can\u2019t take on any more clients. \u2060<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Here are 5 things you need to start thinking about in order to avoid burnout and gain the freedom back that you thought working online would give you.\u2060<\/p>\n\n\n\n
1. Raise your prices. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
If you have been working with your existing clients for 6+ months and haven\u2019t raised your prices on them yet – it\u2019s time! <\/p>\n\n\n\n
If they don\u2019t agree – GIRL BYE – there are plenty of clients out there – PROMISE!\u2060<\/p>\n\n\n\n
2. Build out your product suite. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
This is one of my favorite things to do with my clients:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Helping them add consulting calls and\/or workshops into their product suite. Can you imagine getting paid $200+ for an hour of your time? You have the knowledge and people want to learn from you!\u2060<\/p>\n\n\n\n
3. Outsource. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
If you are completely booked out and feeling overwhelmed – hire on help! \u2060<\/p>\n\n\n\n
4. Subcontract. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
This was the first thing I did in my business and it was a game-changer in terms of the amount of time I got back to work on my own business. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
5. Last but not least – please take some time to sit in gratitude. Could you imagine 6 months ago being where you are? Feeling frustrated and overwhelmed because ALL THE WORK YOU HAVE!? It\u2019s where you dreamed you would be – now we just have to make a few little changes to get you the freedom back you desire!\u2060<\/p>\n\n\n\n
