You’re booked out, you can’t take on any more clients but you haven’t hit your income goals yet! Now, what do you do?⁠

I see you! You’re working so hard on client work you haven’t been spending any time on your own business (even though YOU are your most important client) but that’s a rant for another day.⁠

One of my favorite things to do with my 1:1 clients is to strategize how to avoid overwhelm and burnout when you come to a place where you feel like you can’t take on any more clients. ⁠

It’s time to scale your business hunny!⁠

Here are 5 things you need to start thinking about in order to avoid burnout and gain the freedom back that you thought working online would give you.⁠

1. Raise your prices.

If you have been working with your existing clients for 6+ months and haven’t raised your prices on them yet – it’s time!

If they don’t agree – GIRL BYE – there are plenty of clients out there – PROMISE!⁠

2. Build out your product suite.

This is one of my favorite things to do with my clients:

Helping them add consulting calls and/or workshops into their product suite. Can you imagine getting paid $200+ for an hour of your time? You have the knowledge and people want to learn from you!⁠

3. Outsource.

If you are completely booked out and feeling overwhelmed – hire on help! ⁠

4. Subcontract.

This was the first thing I did in my business and it was a game-changer in terms of the amount of time I got back to work on my own business.

5. Last but not least – please take some time to sit in gratitude. Could you imagine 6 months ago being where you are? Feeling frustrated and overwhelmed because ALL THE WORK YOU HAVE!? It’s where you dreamed you would be – now we just have to make a few little changes to get you the freedom back you desire!⁠
